Herb and Plant Festival
The Herb and Plant Festival is a perennial favorite for gardeners and non-gardeners alike. Organized by the Jenks Garden Club, it takes place every April on Main Street.
Featuring more than 100 vendors, this free-to-attend festival draws more than 10,000 shoppers looking for annuals, hanging baskets, herbs, tomato plants and more.
Aquarium Run
Held in April and presented by the Oklahoma Aquarium, this popular event includes a fun run, 5K, 10K and half-marathon. Runners from across the area converge on Jenks in order to compete. Participants and their families end the day back at the Oklahoma Aquarium.

Jenks America Food Truck Festival
The Jenks America Food Truck Festival is one of the region’s most popular food events, drawing thousands of visitors to Main Street for the best in local food, music and art.
Held the first Saturday in May, attendees can enjoy lunch, brunch, dinner and a snack during this daylong festival as they peruse Main Street’s many stores.

RiverWalk Concert Series
This popular and free-to-attend concert series takes place along the banks of the Arkansas River every summer in Jenks.

Main Street Bash is a new event featuring classic cars, food trucks, fun and more under the lights on Main Street.
This evening event will celebrate Downtown Jenks and the end of summer.
Boomfest
Featuring one of the state’s largest fireworks displays, Boomfest draws tens of thousands of visitors annually to Jenks and the Arkansas River. The fireworks show, which is launched from the iconic Jenks pedestrian bridge, is only one part of the great evening of entertainment that awaits.

Sharklahoma
Sharklahoma is a celebration of all things shark, spanning the entire month of July.
A joint collaboration between the Oklahoma Aquarium and the Jenks Chamber of Commerce, Sharklahoma was created in 2019 as a celebration of sharks.
The Oklahoma Aquarium provides education on the truth about sharks, opportunities to watch shark feedings and other special activities. Local businesses also provide shark-related entertainment throughout Jenks.

Hometown Huddle
The Hometown Huddle is a community-wide event each September to kick-start the Jenks High School Trojan football season. Festivities include a pep rally and community block party before the home football game kicks off. It takes place just outside Hunter-Dwelley Field. The Hometown Huddle is hosted by the Jenks Public Schools Foundation.

Downtown Jenks becomes home to ghouls, superheroes and more during the annual Trick-or-Treat on Main Street event late October.

Lights On!
This kick-off to the holiday shopping season serves to highlight the great businesses in Jenks and the community as a whole.
The Lights On ceremony ushers in the celebration as the community gathers to watch the official switching on of the Christmas lights on Main Street.
Live music, shopping and entertainment draw visitors from around the region annually.
Kiwanis Club Christmas Parade
The Kiwanis Club Christmas Parade, held the Saturday after Lights On, is preceded that morning by the Lions Club Pancake Breakfast.
